Seven Sisters Market Bistro is a locally inspired market, café, and full service restaurant. Seven Sisters will consist of diverse food in its market, while the bistro provides a multi cultural menu harvested from the Pioneer Valley and regional food sources. Located on Rte. 9 in Hadley at the Long Hollow Bison Farm, Seven Sisters will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are currently establishing relationships with neighboring farmers, suppliers, and artisans to make a convenient and festive atmosphere for shopping or enjoying the amazing products this region creates.
